This leadership class focuses on the essential building blocks of effective leadership within EMS & the fire service. The class emphasizes self-reflection, personal values, and the foundational character traits the define a leader.
Following the lecture we will have an agency culture panel for students to learn more about local agencies looking to recruit EMS providers.
